As of May, I am back in California and can mail out copies of the 2008
edition ($10.00 postpaid).

I also have back copies of the 2006 and original 2005 editions.

If you have purchased a map, I don't mind if you make a few copies for
friends. However, I register all my work with the U.S. copyright office and
do not permit the reproduction of the Yelapa map for any commercial or
advertising purposes without my express permission.

That said, permission could be cheaper than you think so don't hesitate to
contact me.
